These can range from little working conditions, poor equipment, and poor practice by other staff to raising concerns about potential difference abuse cases and situat ions of neglect. It is my duty of care to safeguard individuals from harm. All employees should report any concerns of abuse they have. These might involve evidence or suspicions of bad practice by colleagues and managers, or abuse by another individual, another worker or an individuals family or friends. If I do not work in this way, I could be considered negligent or incompetent. If I am in any doubt at any time, I must discuss any issues I have with my supervisor / manager.
