In 2006, Harper lead a campaign that introduced a $1,200 taxable annual allowance, for children up to five years of age (Friendly, 2009, p.16). This means that families received $100 a month to help pay for their child-care, which is notShow MoreRelatedThe United Kingdom s National Health Service Essay1022 Words   |  5 Pagesorganizational learning just to mention a few.
